Estate and Probate Inventory:

Three identical coded DVDs (data format) two delivered directly to the estate and it's legal representative the third optionally stored by ProofPositive. All coded for the clients protection, no name or address is stored on the disk. Access to inventory information can be password protected at the clients request. The disks are auto-run and menu driven for exceptionally easy use.

Each Disk contains the following:

A complete set of estate photos (unlimited number of photos) including interior and exterior.

 

All documentation provided by the client scanned into the inventory.

ProofPositive is available to update the estate inventory as needed at a nominal charge.

ProofPositive will work with your estate representative and appraisers to deliver the documentation that you require for your individual estate.

ProofPositive is also available to assist you in the appraisal process by providing you with a list of certified appraisers.

Life time Vaulted storage of your inventory disk is included.

ProofPositive retains no files or photos of any possessions unless requested by the client.

* this price includes a full day (8 hours) of photo shoot and documentation. Most estates will be completed in this time. For larger estates an additional $85 per half hour is charged.
