Secure Vaulted Storage

A single copy of your inventory will be stored in a Bank of America vault.  It is extremely important that you store at least one copy of your inventory away from your business or home.  In case of total disaster this ensures you of being able to create a detailed list of losses for your insurance company.  Should you decide not to take advantage of our secure storage make sure that you have a copy stored off site somewhere that you feel is safe. Your coded confidential CD inventory will always be available to you within 3 business days of your request.

Business Inventory Yearly Update

We will notify you yearly when your update is due and schedule a date and time that is convenient for your business.  Our professional photographer will review your past inventory and working with you will identify areas in your business that are not covered by your last inventory.  These areas will be photographed and added to your original inventory.  You will receive an updated CD for your records as well as storage of the duplicate CD in our secure vault.

Home Inventory Yearly Update
