Home Inventory

A complete photographic inventory of your home loaded into our turn key complimentary inventory software package. This package includes an unlimited number of photos of your home loaded into our award winning inventory software. The photos are arranged by location in your home and are high resolution (300 dpi). Location descriptions may be customized to represent your home. Our software package will also track the values of your possessions and allow you to scan in receipts and other hard copy documentation that will be necessary when you file a claim. Serial numbers, model numbers, date of purchase and much much more detailed information can be stored in your ProofPositive inventory. The software will even allow you to "heir" items to individuals. You can easily add items to your inventory on your own. The package also includes free first years vaulted storage of your inventory.

Estate and Probate Inventory

A complete photographic inventory of the estate designed for probate use. This inventory includes everything listed in the above home inventory plus added detail including appraisals, receipts and serial numbers of major items installed into the inventory by ProofPositive. We will scan in, at the estate location, all receipts and other hard copy documentation that will be necessary for proper  evaluation and distribution of the estate assets. This estate inventory includes an unlimited number of photos of the estate loaded into our award winning inventory software. The photos are arranged by location in the estate and are high resolution (300 dpi). Location descriptions are customized to represent the individual estate. We will also add serial numbers, model numbers, date of purchase and other detailed information provided by the client.  When a copy of the inventory is stored with ProofPositive we will provide legal testimony when necessary as to its authenticity and content.  We will also add "Heir" information to smaller items not itemized in other estate documentation when requested by the client. This inventory also includes life time vaulted storage.

Business Inventory

No collection is completely protected without a photographic inventory of its contents even when it is insured. This package includes multiple photographs of all of your treasures organized in our award winning collectors inventory software. Multiple pictures are taken of each item to ensure that all details of that item are included in the inventory. In addition we will also scan into your inventory any hard copy provenance you have concerning your collectables such as appraisals and receipts at no additional charge. This ensures that all details of your collection are stored in one central location. The package also includes free first year storage of your inventory.
